Over my 15 plus years in healthcare, I have noticed leadership transitions that have gone well, but most are not handled appropriately. This leads to quick decisions that don't benefit the hospital long term and quite often lead to another search in short order. I want to change that. I want to help you find the right person that can lead your organization for years to come by serving as a bridge for your facility.
I am not coming in to sit and be a placeholder. I am approaching this from a consultant perspective. My goal is to identify what is working and what is not working and move the team forward. During this process, I will also be working with your leadership team on individual/team development and process improvement, which will give your organization a better foundation for success. Recruitment firms are great, but it is impossible to identify what an organization needs based off a couple days of interviews and their process doesn't fix existing issues.
I've been in healthcare leadership for over 15 years serving in a variety of different leadership roles. I have worked in every size of facility from 400 plus beds to a 15 bed Critical Access facility. I have also done extensive work in Medicaid Supplemental Payment programs serving as an anchor for the 1115 Waiver program for 7 years. I am a Certified Maxwell Leadership Coach and DISC Consultant (Behavior Analysis). I have been exclusively in Texas and understand the landscape better than the large national turnaround/interim firms.
