Depends on the circumstances, but 8-12 months is a typical time frame for the Transitional CEO contract. For individual coaching, the engagement can last as long as the leader desires. We can meet once a week or monthly.

Yes, ideally I would like to spend 2-3 weeks with the new leader onsite to make sure that they have everything they need to be successful. 

That is flexible depending on the distance from my home and what your needs are. Ideally, I am on site 4 days a week and working remotely 1 day, but in serving as your CEO, I am available to the team 24/7 by phone.
